About
This
Web
Site
 |
|
This
is
not
your
typical
divorce
or
child
custody
lawyer's
web
site.
I
have
the
unmitigated
audacity
to
suggest
that
a
web
sit e
dedicated
to
enforcing
parental
rights,
should
be
less
concerned
about
convincing
parents
that
my
staff
and
I
have
the
ability
to
help
them,
and
more
concerned
with
(gasp!)
actually
helping
them.
So
you
won't
find
here
the
usual
drivel about
how
impossibly
wonderful
my
staff
and
I
are.
Nor
will
you
find
the
typical
onslaught
of
every
other
arrogant,
self-aggrandizing
claim
my
colleagues
and
their
over-priced
marketing
"experts"
can
imagine,
to
motivate
you
to
fork
over
a
king's
ransom
and
your
child's
future,
without
actually
disclosing
anything
about
what
they
actually
do
or
how
they
actually
do
it.
If
you
just
can't
live
without
that
sort
of
fluff,
then
by
all
means
visit
the
super-slick,
disgracefully
expensive,
Madison
Avenue
web
sites
posted
by
my
colleagues.
There
you
will
find:
(1)
all
the
hollow,
shamelessly
self-serving
statements
your
heart
desires,
blathering
on
and
on
about
how
wonderful
those
attorneys
are;
and,
(2)
not
one
single
blessed
thing
of
substance
to
back
it
up. |
|
But
if
you
are
as
bored
as
I
am,
with
carefully
choreographed
commercials
that
talk
a
whole
lot
and
say
absolutely
nothing,
I
invite
you
to
consider
reviewing
this
brazenly
amateurish
web
site
instead.
Here,
I
use
my
time
and
your
bandwidth,
to
actually
show
you
(gasp
again!)
how
wonderful
my
colleagues
should
be,
but
rarely
are.
And
how
wonderful
you
can
be,
with
or
without
a
lawyer.
And
here's
how
I'm
going
to
do
it:
(1)
First,
I'm
going
to
reveal
the
real
problems
parents
must
be
prepared
to
face
within
the
system.
(2)
Next,
I'm
going
to
reveal
the
essential
principles
behind
what
actually
does
and
does
not
work
within
that
system.
(3) Finally,
I'm
going
to
show
you
exactly
how
my
clients
and
I
use
these
principles
to
kick
tail
and
take
names,
both
in
the
courtroom
and
at
the
negotiation
table.
And
how
you
can
do
it
too,
with
or
without
a
lawyer.
By
now
you're
probably
thinking
I'm
maybe
a
bit,
er,
opinionated
about
a
few
things,
and
perhaps
a
tad
egotistical
as
well.
Read
on.
You
ain't
seen
nothing
yet. |

Scope
of
Practice
 |
The
author
practices
in
Southern
California,

does
child
custody
and

cases.
Scads
of
them.
This
is
probably
the
only
practice
around
with
expertise
in
custody
and
support
disputes
in
divorce
cases,
and
in
paternity
cases,
and
in
DCSS
cases,

cases,
and
in
domestic
violence
cases,
and
in
guardianship
cases. |

Unlike
other
lawyers,
the
author
has
developed
and
uses
a
unique,
proprietary
process,
the
PINPOINT
ADVOCACY
SYSTEM™.
This
process
is
based
on
more
than
twelve
years
of
research
that
examined
the
most
persuasive
and
effective
methods
for
presenting
evidence
and
argument,
both
in
the
courtroom
and
at
the
negotiation
table. |

Philosophy
 |
The
author's
philosophy
is
simple:
#1:
Your
primary
obligation
is
to
protect
and
to
promote
your
child's
rights
and
interests,
no
matter
what,
no
excuses.
#2:
Your
lawyer's
primary
obligation
is
to
support
and
to
assist
you
in
doing
exactly
that.
